Interior Painting
Repaint one room or the whole place, including ceilings, trim, doors and closets.
See what interior work involves

Our painting company sits in Mebane, 42 minutes west on I-40, and no Wake County town we cover is closer. Morrisville houses mostly went up after 2000, so plenty of them are facing a first repaint.

Two facts shape most of the work in Morrisville: the housing is young, and a lot of it is attached.
The median house here was built in 2007, and roughly three quarters of the town’s homes went up in 2000 or later. Builder-grade paint on a 2005 exterior is usually chalked on the sunny elevations by now while the shaded walls still look fine. We quote what each elevation actually needs instead of blanket-coating the whole house.
About a quarter of the housing stock here is attached, and some associations handle the exterior upkeep themselves while others leave it to the owner. Shared walls mean color has to match the run, and scaffolding or ladder access has to be worked out with the neighbors. We sort that out at the estimate rather than on the morning the crew arrives.
Fewer than half the homes here are owner-occupied, which is unusual for Wake County and it changes the calendar. Turnovers between tenants run on tight dates, and interior repaints get booked around a move-out rather than around the weather. Ask us about dates first and the scope second; the calendar is the hard constraint on that kind of job.
Muggy weather here stretches from April into early December, and tree pollen peaks from late March into the first week of April. Both affect exterior work: pollen lands on a wet coat, and humid air slows the dry time between coats.
Interior and exterior projects from our regular service area, the same kind of work we bring to Morrisville.
Jose visits your Morrisville home, looks over the surfaces, and talks through colors, sheens and scope.
You receive one fixed price in writing, usually the same day as the visit.
Furniture, floors and landscaping are covered or moved, and surfaces are washed, scraped and patched.
Finish coats applied with hand-cut lines, using Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore or PPG paint.
We inspect the finished work with you before we go.
From our home base on Giles Street in Mebane, we bring family-owned quality to homes across Alamance and Orange counties and out to Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.
Questions? Call Us(336) 512-0981We quote by the hours a job takes, not by the square foot, so the number is fixed once Jose has walked the house. A 2000s Morrisville place with simple trim usually comes in under the same square footage in an older part of the Triangle. Ceiling work, a strong color change and any rot repair each add hours, so point them out while he is there. Send the details and get a number.
