Graham is 13 minutes down I-40/85 from our shop, close enough that Jose Roca can walk your house the day after you call. We paint everything from North Main Street's older homes to brand-new subdivisions.

Graham is two housing markets inside one small city. Nearly half its homes predate 1980, and about one in five went up in 2010 or later.
The North Main Street Historic District holds houses from the 1850s through 1949, mostly Italianate and Queen Anne. Those styles mean bracketed eaves, tall windows and layered trim, and every one of those details adds prep hours. We price by time, so the extra detail shows up plainly in the quote instead of in a change order.
Newer subdivisions like Shakori Hills, built around 2021, are nearing their first repaint. Builder paint jobs often use a single flat coat that scuffs easily. On those houses the work is less about repairs and more about moving to a washable finish and filling nail pops that have shown up since move-in.
Downtown grew up around the courthouse and the Oneida Cotton Mill, built on West Harden Street in the early 1880s. Today it is a local historic district, the Courthouse Square Historic District, overseen by a Historic Resources Commission. For houses and buildings inside it, we check with the city on what an exterior project needs before we schedule the crew.
Stonehaven's 1990s homes run around 3,000 square feet on big lots. A house that size changes ladder work and job length more than the paint does, so plan on a multi-day exterior and expect the quote to show how the days break down.

We measure, discuss paint lines and colors, and note any prep the surfaces need before quoting.
You receive one written price before any work starts, with no hourly billing.
Surfaces are protected and prepped, then painted with your chosen paint line, with cleanup every evening.
We inspect the finished work with you and back it with a one-year workmanship warranty.
From our home base on Giles Street in Mebane, we bring family-owned quality to homes across Alamance and Orange counties and out to Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.
Questions? Call Us(336) 512-0981We give Graham homeowners a fixed quote after Jose walks the house, and it is based on the hours your project takes, not a per-foot rate. That matters here because an Italianate house near North Main Street and a new subdivision home of the same size need very different prep. Walls, trim, ceilings and repairs are priced separately in your quote, so you can see where the hours go. Ask for a fixed quote, or dial 336-512-0981.
