What a full interior job covers

Our shop sits in Mebane, 47 minutes west on I-40, and we paint houses across Cary, from the 1970s streets of Kildaire Farms to the newer blocks in Amberly. Jose Roca walks every estimate himself.

Cary is a young housing stock with an older core, and the two need different work. Four conditions here change the hours a house takes more than its square footage does.
The median house here went up in 1999, and the 1990s were the biggest building decade in town. Those houses are now on their second or third repaint. Builder-grade trim paint on south and west walls chalks first, so we check those elevations before quoting and plan the prep where the sun has done the most work.
Subdivision living is the norm in town, and exterior color often goes through an architectural review committee. Kildaire Farms runs one that handles exterior changes, paint color included. We paint to the color your committee approves, and we ask for the approved palette or the letter at the estimate so the quote and the product order match it from the start.
Farmington Woods, Greenwood Forest and Kildaire Farms kept their tree cover, and the downtown, Carpenter and Green Level areas hold houses from as far back as the 1890s. Heavy shade keeps north walls damp longer, and century-old trim carries more profiles to cut in. Both change the hours a house takes.
The town gets about 49 inches of rain a year, and tree pollen runs from February into May with a peak in late March. Pollen settles on a wet coat and summer humidity stretches dry times, so exterior work gets scheduled around both.
Interior and exterior projects from our regular service area, the same kind of work we bring to Cary.
Jose visits your Cary home, looks over the surfaces, and talks through colors, sheens and scope.
You receive one fixed price in writing, usually the same day as the visit.
Furniture, floors and landscaping are covered or moved, and surfaces are washed, scraped and patched.
Finish coats applied with hand-cut lines, using Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore or PPG paint.
We inspect the finished work with you before we go.
From our home base on Giles Street in Mebane, we bring family-owned quality to homes across Alamance and Orange counties and out to Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.
Questions? Call Us(336) 512-0981Pricing runs on hours here, not square footage, so your Cary figure lands after Jose has walked the house and stays fixed from there. A 1990s two-story with shutters and plenty of trim prices differently from a newer open-plan house. Wood rot, a big color change and ceiling work are what move the hours, so raise them while Jose is there. Put the address in and we will quote it, or call 336-512-0981.
