Getting a Coker Hills modern ready to list, or refreshing a Southern Village house you just bought? We drive 30 minutes from Mebane, and Jose Roca prices the work at your door.

Chapel Hill's houses come in three rough generations: faculty-era homes near campus, mid-century neighborhoods, and planned communities from the 1990s on.
Coker Hills was built mostly in the 1960s and 1970s and joined the National Register in June 2026, and modernist houses also went up in Lake Forest and Highland Woods. These designs depend on long, clean horizontal lines. Uneven cut lines at window frames or fascia stand out far more than on a Colonial, so the trim work gets extra time.
Cobb Terrace dates to 1915, and Gimghoul was built from 1924 as faculty housing. Glen Lennox followed in the early 1950s for post-war university growth. The Town has local historic districts and ten neighborhood conservation districts, each with its own rules, so we check what applies to your address before exterior work.
Southern Village opened in 1994 as a New Urbanist neighborhood of about 550 single-family homes, many with large front porches. Meadowmont broke ground in 1999 and has a community association. Porches mean railings, spindles and ceilings, which take far longer than siding. Bring your association's color rules to the estimate.
With a median owner-occupied value near $614,000, many houses here sell to buyers who notice scuffed trim and dated colors. A pre-listing repaint usually means neutral walls, clean trim and fixed drywall, done on the seller's calendar. Tell us your listing date up front.

We visit your Chapel Hill home, assess the surfaces, and talk through colors, sheens, and scope.

We inspect the finished work with you and leave labeled touch-up paint before we go.

Questions? Call Us(336) 512-0981We price Chapel Hill jobs by the hours your project takes, not per room or per square foot. That gives you one fixed quote after Jose walks the house. A Southern Village porch with railings and spindles takes longer than a flat wall of siding, and the quote shows where that time goes. Estimates are free and usually priced the same day.
