How can I get an estimate, and how is it determined?

All you have to do is reach out! We’ll work with you to schedule an exact time to come out and view your project. Our estimator will meet you on time and walk through the job site, asking a series of questions to ensure that they understand your desired results.

After this information is collected and the project is reviewed, we’ll give you a written estimate and references from some of our other happy customers. There is no pressure to commit to Roca’s Painters, LLC! You’ll have our information and everything you need to make the decision that’s right for you, and we do hope that Roca’s Painters, LLC is your choice.

How can we get started?

Once you decide that our painting contractors are the right team, you can call us to schedule a start date. We strictly adhere to our schedule and deadlines. Unless you need to delay the start time, we will begin on the agreed date. A deposit is typically collected upon booking. If you require a color consultation, we can help you schedule one during this time.

You can expect a confirmation and reminder from us via your preference of phone or email about one week before we start.

What does your painting process entail?

Our crews generally arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. depending on what works best for you. During the first day, we’ll completely prepare the site. To ensure your full satisfaction, our crew leader will meet with you before we begin to review your specifications and answer any questions specific to the job.
We have a management team that follows up with our crews daily to find out the status and progress of each job. This way, we hold our teams accountable, help them stay on schedule, and ensure the highest quality standards. Periodically, our management team will conduct on-site quality and performance visits.

Once we complete your project, the crew leader performs a final inspection with you to personally see that everything is to your liking. Before we even start loading our equipment, you’ll have the chance to review our work and check that everything you requested is completed to your standards.

What happens after the job is done?

After we get your final word of approval, we’ll have you sign off on the work we’ve completed and collect your final payment. But that doesn’t mean we’re finished yet. You won’t have to worry about dealing with any remaining trash, equipment, or anything that our crew brought in. We take care of everything we’re responsible for, leaving you with nothing but your newly painted interior/exterior.

Even if you have concerns after you’ve signed off, don’t hesitate to call us. You are welcome to get in touch with us at any time because we strive to reach your 100 percent satisfaction.

Is there a warranty included with painting services?

We offer a one-year warranty on all our interior and exterior painting services. If you’re interested in learning more, please feel free to reach out to one of our painting contractors.
